CGO.com (General Manager: Bubbly) is a company founded by Fujitsu Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Fujitsu”) whose purpose is to create ideas from multiple perspectives in order to realize a sustainable world using digital technology. We held “Gal Style Breast(R)︎”. *
* Implementation background *
Fujitsu has been working with customers to tackle issues in a variety of fields by making full use of digital technology. To date, we have developed systems that are used in a wide range of fields, including technology such as supercomputers and AI, as well as manufacturing and distribution.
In order to maintain and strengthen our competitiveness in the digital age, in 2020 we will launch a company-wide DX project to transform Fujitsu itself.

By combining digital technology and sustainability, we work with our clients to promote business aimed at realizing a sustainable world. This time, we will have members who promote DX within the company experience “Gal Style Breast (R)︎*” with the aim of having each department take home communication methods that utilize the gal mind. did.

This is a program that uses the “Gal Style Breast (R)️” format originally developed by CGO.com to discover the “seeds” of new possibilities and turn them into reality. You can experience a gal’s intuitive and unbiased communication method.
Implementation status
This time, based on the consultation from Fujitsu, who said, “We want to re-understand the merits of this initiative from a multifaceted perspective and create new value,” we will ask, “What does ‘new business’ mean to us?” Set as the theme for brainstorming*.
The program allows each employee to think about “Fujitsu-ness” and the ideal future society from their own perspective, and to meet two conditions based on “using digital technology” and “contributing to the realization of a sustainable world.” We conducted work to think about “a new business for us.”
At the end, each person used a special worksheet uniquely designed by CGO.com to think of “ideas for realizing a future society that excites them through this initiative.” As a result, many unique ideas were created. An idea was born.

Results of this event
In a quantitative evaluation conducted for participants after the program ended, the participants received a high satisfaction rating of 9.6/10 (points).
The following comments were collected in the survey:
“I realized the importance of making it your own and enjoying it in order to tackle anything.”
“My psychological safety has suddenly increased, and I’m no longer afraid to come up with bold ideas.”
In addition, a review meeting was held at a later date to put into practice the purpose of this program, which is to have participants take communication methods that utilize the gal mindset back into the company.
