The potato fields in Shintomi-cho were originally made of poor volcanic ash soil called “Aka Hoya.” Since then, we have spent many years making improvements, such as replacing the surface and deep layers, adding high-quality fertilizers, and plowing the undercrop into the fields, and are now able to harvest high-quality potatoes. Yamaya Distillery Co., Ltd. With the cooperation of Yamaya Distillery Co., Ltd.
