The Nikkei New Office Award is sponsored by Nihon Keizai Shimbun and the New Office Promotion Association with the aim of popularizing and promoting the creation of comfortable and functional offices, and recognizes offices that are creative and ingenious. It’s a thing.
In this review, the office was designed to improve employee wellness, encourage awareness of creating new habits, and accelerate the creation of ideas for creating future habits, creating an office that brings out autonomy and excitement in employees. In order to realize our management vision of “Becoming a leading company in next-generation healthcare,” we will open a new office in April 2023 to encourage awareness of new habits and co-creation, and to powerfully promote the activation of human capital.
