Autumn is full of events, including the NACK5 radio talk experience!
Sales of Cocoon City, a company-owned commercial area in front of JR Saitama-Shintoshin Station, operated by Katakura, in fiscal 2023 (September 2023 to August 2024) were 42.9 billion yen (104% compared to the previous fiscal year), which is the second year’s sales. We have achieved consecutive record high sales.
In fiscal 2023, we promoted renewal to increase the presence and appeal of the facility in the area. In addition, we succeeded in implementing hands-on events unique to the real world as well as customer attraction and sales promotion measures in collaboration with the local community and tenants, resulting in strong sales.
This fall, in preparation for our 10th anniversary next spring, we are preparing a number of fun events and campaigns that will allow our loyal customers to feel a “connection” with Cocoon City.
