The organization is made up of children, parents, and experts with the aim of providing developmental support and social independence support for people with developmental disabilities. It was born out of a movement of parents who wanted to create a place where they could provide developmental support for their children. Many experts have joined the organization to maintain and develop the professionalism of its activities. It functions as a research institute that trains staff involved in developmental support and enhances the expertise necessary for support. We aim to create a “lifelong development support system” that integrates support places, self-help groups, expert training, awareness, information dissemination, and research institutions.
