Hot Palette Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Sumio Matsumoto) will open “Rocks Hamburger Emi Terrace Tokorozawa Store” on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
The third store of “Rocks Hamburg”, which debuted in March 2023, will open in the newly opened commercial facility “Emi Terrace Tokorozawa” near Tokorozawa Station. This is the third store following the first store, “LaLaport TOKYO BAY store” (Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture) and the second store “Lara Terrace HARUMI FLAG store” (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), and this is the first store to open in Saitama Prefecture. By providing the fun and happiness of eating hamburgers, which can be said to be Japan’s national Western food, with a “taste that can only be found in a specialty store,” we aim to create a store that adds color to the food experience for local residents.

Our 100% beef rock hamburger is an authentic hamburger with
concentrated beef flavor and meat juices. The more you chew, the more you can enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. The meaty texture that makes you feel like you’re eating a steak is achieved by using coarsely ground beef with a high lean meat ratio (compared to our products).

The store is based on the concept of a West Coast casual restaurant with a sense of cleanliness and casualness, and the key color for the logo is orange, which is reminiscent of cheddar cheese.
