Begins activities as a member of Osaka University’s Rakugo Research Group. After graduating from university, he continued to perform on stage in rakugo and skits while working as a company employee. His career includes winning the Sakuden Grand Prize at the All Japan Student Rakugo Championship (2009), winning the Japan Adult Rakugo Competition (2013), and winning the All Japan Amateur Entertainer No. 1 Competition in 2023. At the 2024 R-1 Grand Prix, he became the first amateur finalist in the tournament. In addition, he continues to write short stories under the title “Time Talk” on the web novel site “Kakuyomu”.
