I don’t know who to turn to when I have a problem. Mitsui Fudosan Building Management introduces an in-house DX tool that allows you to find people to talk to beyond the group
Rond Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Yuma Toyonaga), which provides the connected DX service “parks” that utilizes transactive memory and AI, is being partnered with Mitsui Fudosan Building Management Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Hiroshi Murakami) beyond the group. We would like to inform you that we have introduced parks to create a system that allows you to find someone to talk to when you are in trouble.
*Social background*
In recent years, with the spread of hybrid work and the rapid development of technology, many simple tasks have been automated, making business operations more complex. Furthermore, with the spread of the Internet and AI, an environment is being created in which necessary information can be obtained instantaneously, and the importance of information such as the knowledge, experience, and expertise possessed by individuals is increasing more than ever. With these changes in society, companies and organizations are required to take new initiatives to make the most of the abilities and information of each employee.
*Challenges faced by Mitsui Fudosan Building Management before the introduction of parks*
At Mitsui Fudosan Building Management, there were issues with collaboration and mutual understanding between groups. Specifically, there are situations in which members of other groups do not fully understand what kind of work other groups are doing or what kind of know-how and information they have. I did. I felt that this
“invisibility/inability to understand” situation could make
collaboration between groups difficult, and could become a factor that hinders efficient business execution and the creation of innovation.
* Reasons for choosing parks as a solution *
* Sending cubes for mutual understanding and visualization of member information *
The “cube” function of “parks” allows employees to register their own work content and expertise, and to send cubes of their colleagues’ expertise to each other, allowing the entire organization to see “who knows what.” I think that being able to understand things visually clarifies individual strengths and roles, deepens mutual
understanding, and strengthens collaboration among the entire team. ▲A certain employee’s skills, specialty, and personality (White cube: Cube registered by yourself Blue cube: Cube registered by others The number in the upper right corner is the number of times each piece of information was praised)
* Connected by timeline *
Information registered in the cube is shared in real time in a timeline format, allowing you to quickly understand who is doing what work. This format makes it easier to see trends across the
organization and encourages natural information sharing among employees. As a result, we believe that communication will be activated and efficient collaboration will be realized.
▲ Information sent between members through cubes such as skills, specialties, interests, and concerns flows through the timeline, naturally deepening understanding of members.
* Early discovery of suitable candidates with AI search function * “parks” is equipped with advanced search functions powered by AI, allowing you to quickly find members with the necessary information and expertise. AI recommends the most suitable person based on cube information and activity history and supports smooth collaboration. I felt that this would improve work efficiency and speed up problem resolution.
▲As a result of searching for “SDGs events” using Parks’ AI search, people with experience in “diversity events” were found.
▲As a result of a search for “toilet construction” using AI search by parks, a person with experience in “standard floor toilet renovation work” was found.

Mitsui Fudosan Building Management Comments from the person in charge During team building, members threw cubes at each other, deepening mutual understanding and further strengthening team cooperation. By using parks on a daily basis, “who is doing what and what kind of knowledge they have” will naturally be input into your mind. Furthermore, through parks, members with common hobbies and interests connect with each other, and there are many cases where employees who previously had no contact with each other are building new networks, which has a positive impact on the entire organization.
In the future, we would like to accumulate more knowledge and information, including tacit knowledge, within parks, and create an environment where people can quickly find someone to talk to when they have a problem, no matter what the topic. I would also like to accumulate successful experiences such as “I was able to demonstrate good performance by collaborating across groups in times of trouble,” and further instill and develop a culture of mutual help and co-creation throughout the entire division.

Thoughts on developing parks
When I was an office worker, casual conversations and connections with co-workers increased work motivation, generated new business ideas, improved work efficiency by consulting with people with past experience, and created new ideas through collaboration with other departments. I was able to achieve results by guiding business development.
In this way, I realized that encounters with people have a great impact on motivation, productivity, and the value created. I feel that the chemical changes that result from encounters are imbued with energy and romance. However, all the encounters I have had so far have been by chance. Therefore, we thought that by creating effective encounters with high reproducibility, we could more quickly solve the problems faced by individuals, companies, and even society. Since there is still no service that addresses this issue, we founded Rond Co., Ltd. to develop and provide the connected DX service “parks.” *Company information*
