The original work is a best-selling novel by Mizuki Tsujimura, which has sold over 1 million copies in total and is scheduled to be released as a movie on the 27th of this month.
The manga is drawn by Kaori Tsuruya. His masterpiece “Metamorphosis no Engawa” depicts a friendship between a high school girl and an old woman that was born out of BL, and won first place in the “This Manga is Amazing! 2019” female edition. In this work as well, the emotional movements of the characters are depicted with careful observation and careful description.
