KADOKAWA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Director, Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO: Tsuyoshi Natsuno) will be selling “Spring Flower Osechi” decorated with edible flowers this fall. Until October 31, 2024 (Thursday), we will be offering a super early bird discount of 10%.
We want flowers to bloom on the New Year’s table, so at “Hana Jiku” we have prepared New Year’s dishes to celebrate 2025. When you open the lid of the rice bowl, you can see the beautiful flowers that decorate the New Year’s dish.It is also called “Spring Flower Osechi”. The gorgeous osechi cuisine is supervised by Hone Laboratory, a famous Japanese restaurant in Ebisu, Tokyo.
The flowers used are completely pesticide-free edible flowers from the edible flower specialty store “Edible Garden.” All flowers are edible.
Osechi includes traditional items such as tsuya-boiled shrimp, shio-mushi abalone, black beans, and Tazukuri, as well as modern flavors such as brown sugar roasted pork, shrimp chili sauce, and Fuyu persimmon and turnip namasu. Everyone from children to the elderly will be pleased with the wide variety of products and gentle flavors. Furthermore, “Hana Jikan” is particular about changing the type of flowers depending on the weight of the osechi. Be sure to start the new year with a fusion of Japanese and Western New Year’s dishes, luxurious in both content and volume.

Fresh pink petals decorate the luxurious first dish, which contains tsuyani shrimp, steamed abalone, and Tosazuke herring roe. These are rare edible roses grown without pesticides in a completely sterile rose factory. The pretty dianthus flowers add a Japanese touch. -Double weight-
Filled with silver salmon ginjo kasuzuke, peach citrus flavored with yuzu flavor, herring colorful marinade, etc., the snapdragon takes center stage. The fluffy petals look like they’re dancing and are so cute.

This time, we paid attention to making the osechi for “Hanajiki” a gentle flavor that would bring out the glutinous flavor of the ingredients. In addition to
traditional dishes, include stylish dishes with a twist, such as apple kinton. What does this taste like? We created a New Year’s dish that everyone around the table can eat and compare while also having a lively conversation.
