A demonstration experiment will be conducted at JR Yokohama Station to verify changes in health awareness and behavior using Welbit Sleep. * *
〇In this demonstration experiment, we will hold a campaign called “Challenge to get a good night’s sleep from the station”, and we will provide health measurements, sleep habits improvement services, and yoga and meditation experiences. Additionally, those who complete the questionnaire will be provided with coupons that can be used at cooperating companies’ products and cooperating stores. *

This is a sleep habits improvement service originally developed by OKI. * 1． Overview of the demonstration experiment “Challenge to get a good night’s sleep from the station”*
We will examine how health measurements affect sleep and the willingness to purchase health-related products and services. We will conduct a health measurement at JR Yokohama Station, and based on the results, you will be able to use a sleep habits improvement service and experience yoga and meditation at the studio. Customers will have their health measured again after two weeks and complete a
questionnaire. Those who respond to the questionnaire will be provided with coupons for participating stores near the station.
*2． Details of the demonstration experiment “Challenge to get a good night’s sleep from the station”*
*(STEP1) Add LINE official account*
At the health measurement location, add friends to the official LINE account and download the smartphone app “Torima”. Use a “trimmer” to collect movement data.
*(STEP2) Health measurement*
We will conduct health measurements using a skin age measuring device, autonomic nerve checker, and AGEs sensor. All measurements take about 1 to 2 minutes and are free of charge.

* (STEP3-1) Use sleep habits improvement service *
We will provide information on using the sleep habit improvement app “Wellbit Sleep” and watching sleep-related videos.
◎About Wellbit Sleep
Based on the user’s sleep data, “Wellbit” recommends actions that lead to healthy sleep at the optimal timing.
“Sleep” will make a judgment and make individual recommendations. This is a service that should be used by people who are aiming for better sleep.

[Participation conditions] Customers who have taken a health measurement at YOKOHAMA SEEDS can participate in a yoga/meditation experience for free at the studio.
*The schedule, time, and content may be changed or canceled depending on the situation of the station, measuring equipment, infectious diseases, etc.
*Yoga and meditation experiences are limited in number, so there is a limit to the number of participants. Thank you for your understanding.
*(STEP4) Survey answer*
For those who complete the questionnaire, we will provide you with a coupon that allows you to receive a discount at a participating store. Coupons will be issued twice: after the first health measurement and after using the sleep habits improvement service.
*Coupons can be used within the validity period. Also, the number of copies issued is limited.
*Please refer to the attached document for a list of cooperating companies/stores and services available.
*Cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns or at the same time as products listed in the attached sheet.

* 4. Regarding implementation background and future*
Ensuring good quality sleep is essential to maintaining mental and physical health. In modern society, many people are unable to get enough sleep due to stress and poor lifestyle habits.
In this demonstration experiment, we will implement a sleep
improvement-related service that combines online and offline services inside a station and verify changes in users’ health awareness and behavior. Through verification, we aim to interact with and create relationships with local communities through the promotion of health.
