Kyushu Railway Company is holding a special project for elementary school to junior high school students and their guardians that allows them to experience the experience with their children using the Ongagawa Facility Training Center, which is a training facility for facility-related employees of the JR Kyushu Group. We will hold a work experience event. Why not try your hand at being a station employee or maintenance worker in a special area that you would normally never be able to enter? Please take this opportunity to participate.

3. Venue Ongagawa Facility Training Center (JR Kyushu Ongagawa Station south exit side)

*There is no parking lot.
4. Target participants: Elementary school to junior high school students and their parents.
*Parents must be 18 years or older.
5. Number of applicants: 30 groups (up to 1 elementary school or junior high school student and 2 guardians per group)
*Participation without a guardian or with children under elementary school age is not permitted.
*The event may be canceled if there are less than 10 groups.
6. Participation fee: Children: 6,000 yen, 2,000 yen per guardian (up to 2 guardians)

Regarding reservation cancellation/changes
・Cancellations can be made without charge until 17:00 on Friday, September 13, 2024. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after that time.
・Reservation details cannot be changed, so the reservation will be re-booked after cancellation.
*On the day of the event, please present an ID showing your age at the reception desk. Please bring something that can be used to verify your identity, such as your insurance card or My Number card. Participation will be refused if the application information and the participant are different. Thank you for your understanding.
Precautions
・On the day of the event, please come to the Ongagawa Facility Training Center by the reception time.
*If you do not arrive by the reception time (12:40-12:55), you will not be able to participate.
・There will be no accompanying tour conductor for this project. (A staff member will guide you on-site.)
・Personal information entered at the time of reservation will not be used for any purpose other than operations related to the management of this event.
We will not use it.
・Entry to the facility will be refused to customers who have not entered their information in STORES.
・In the event of bad weather such as lightning, heavy rain, or a typhoon, or if it is deemed difficult to hold the event for safety reasons, the event will be canceled.
There are some things that happen. In the case of cancellation, we will notify you by email by 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event. ・In case of rain, there are some places where you cannot experience the experience with an umbrella. Please prepare rain gear.
・There are some areas where the footing is not good. Everyone, including accompanying guardians, must wear comfortable shoes such as sneakers.

・We will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to clothing or belongings caused by customer carelessness.

・There is no parking lot within the facility.
