“Myaku Myaku” is the official character of the Osaka/Kansai Expo to be held next year. The red part of the face represents “cells” that separate and multiply, and the blue part represents “pure water”, and it is said that they can change their shape and shape at will, just like flowing water. The name reflects the hope that wisdom,
technology, history, and culture will be passed on “unbroken”. The company, headquartered in Osaka, developed it in hopes of enlivening the Expo with sweets.
The main ingredients for the jelly that has been made with the name “Myakumyaku” are agar, starch syrup, and sugar.
