In October 2023, we developed the “Issue Sorting Summary Sheet” creation function as the first of our form creation AI support functions. This time, we will release the “Assessment Sheet” creation support function as the second part.
With this update, it is now possible to create an assessment sheet based on the “standard issue analysis items” stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, including the main complaint and role of the person and family, family situation, social security system usage information, and home environment. Ta.
Specifically, the information entered on SOIN will be automatically reflected in the assessment sheet, and the generated AI will further support the input. We believe that this will streamline the creation of assessment sheets and contribute to improving the quality of care management.
