NSG Group’s comprehensive business school “Niigata Business College” (Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture) where you can learn medical administration, beauty, customer service, information, IT, design, events, SNS, management, etc. will open on September 4th (Wednesday) at our school. In the school building, second-year students in the Department of Information Business conducted a corporate collaboration class called “ICT Practical Training.” We gave an on-campus presentation about the app development proposal that we had planned and planned.
The Department of Information Business at Niigata Business College conducts corporate collaboration classes where students can learn directly from professionals who are active at the forefront of the industry, in order to develop human resources who can be active in all industries and who can be involved in DX and ICT. I’m here.
In this class, we will introduce the representative director of Winnet Co., Ltd., a partner company that supports ICT environments. We will invite Mr. Yukio Toyama as a lecturer and discuss solutions to various problems in the world using digital apps. This is a class in which students conduct everything from planning to marketing and profit calculations, and then give presentations.
In addition to acquiring IT and ICT knowledge and presentation skills, this class will also help you understand the flow of starting a new business.
This presentation was the final presentation of the digital app development proposal that the group has been considering since last year. We were divided into three groups and gave presentations on the app’s concept, development plan, advertising plan, and revenue and expenditure plan.
Otsukai GO, a shopping agency service app that focuses on the aging problem in Akita Prefecture, and Vintage, an SNS app that aims to create matching opportunities for young people who like second-hand clothes.
This was a presentation of a digital app development project in which the students’ ideas shined, such as “Interior Magician”, an app that allows you to draw your room as a 3D space and prevent wrong sizes and mismatches with the room after purchasing furniture. I did.
Niigata Business College will continue to provide a variety of programs and classes and provide support to enable employment in all fields, in order to develop human resources who can play an active role in a society that is increasingly becoming increasingly IT-based.

While researching the app’s target customers and their desires that they are not aware of, we create a detailed product concept, such as what kind of value should be provided to customers to satisfy them, and what functions of the app will support this. I did. At the same time, the work process involved in development, the creation of a system for earning profits, the method of sales promotion, and the costs involved are calculated and reflected in the income and expenditure plan, and the company actually plans, develops, sells, and profits from the app. We were given direct guidance on the steps to take.
When I was in my first year, I found it difficult because I couldn’t understand the series of processes that companies do, but in my second year, I started to want to do better, and in the end, I really enjoyed planning the app and planning the income and expenditure. I was able to do that.
After graduating, I will be working as a system engineer in
development, so I would like to apply what I learned in the ICT training to my future work.
