attractiveness of nursing care work” to widely communicate the appeal of nursing care work, and introduce the rewarding nature of the work and the thoughts of those working there.
It is said that many people who work in nursing care have had opportunities to come into contact with nursing care up close, such as through work experience or caring for a family member. For this reason, we are holding the “Machikea★Kids Kaigo Work Experience” to give elementary school students and their parents an opportunity to have fun experiencing nursing care work and develop an interest in nursing care. This initiative, which started in 2019, had been held only at city children’s centers since 2020 due to the effects of the new coronavirus infection, but this time, for the first time in five years, it will also be held at nursing care facilities.
