Apply to participate * Future outlook – We aim to hold approximately 150 events in Japan in 2024! ~* Since “Chambara Battle (R)” was devised by NPO Zero One in 2011, it has been developed mainly in western Japan, including Osaka Castle and Matsue Castle, in cooperation with local governments. It has since been rolled out to local governments across the country, including Nagoya Castle and Nerima Ward, and has also been implemented by companies such as large commercial facilities and theme parks. This time, the event will be held at Tsuruga Castle, the first time in five years since the end of the coronavirus pandemic.
IKUSA will continue to work to popularize the “Chambara Battle” while strengthening cooperation with related organizations and government agencies, with the goal of holding it approximately 150 times in Japan in 2024, and reaffirming the history and landmarks of the region. and contribute to corporate PR and customer attraction.
Battle of Chambara
It is an hands-on activity that reminds you of the battles of the Sengoku period, where you fight in large groups with a sponge sword that doesn’t hurt even if it hits you, and a life (color ball) attached to your arm.
Even if you are meeting someone for the first time, a sense of unity is created that breaks down communication barriers, and you can enjoy the “best shared experience” where both victory and defeat are fun. Also, through battles, you can become interested in the history of the area and its people.
Anyone can enjoy it, regardless of age, gender, or athletic ability. “Chambara Battle” official website: https://tyanbara.org/
