“Fujiyama Soup Curry”
The recommendation at this fair is Fujiyama Soup Curry, created by head chef Taichi Nakazawa.*
. Chicken and 10 types of vegetables are used in the spicy soup, and bonito stock is incorporated into the soup to add a Japanese flavor. Additionally, the rice is arranged in the shape of Mt. Fuji, making it a visually pleasing dish. Enjoy a leisurely lunch while looking out at the beautiful scenery of Lake Ashi. Please enjoy a relaxing lunch time at Hakone Hotel on the shores of Lake Ashi, where you can feel the arrival of autumn.
