We would like to inform you that we have raised 2.15 billion yen from affiliated banks and local banks. Regarding funding totaling 2.15 billion yen
Multiple SPCs (special purpose companies) formed by LEVECHY have raised 150 million yen from foreign banks and 2 billion yen from local banks, totaling 2.15 billion yen.
These funds were raised using non-recourse loans (*), and the funds raised were used for the purchase of LEVECHY fund properties and project-related expenses.
We will continue to strengthen our collaboration with financial institutions such as local banks and focus on raising funds for the fund.
*What is a non-recourse loan?
A loan that uses only a specific piece of real estate as collateral and uses the income (rental income and property disposal value) from that property as the source of repayment.
