The first is “KEIAI’s Reform” operated by the Reform Business Department. The other department is the Renovation Department, which mainly handles remodeling work for customers who have purchased properties from our group or ordered building contract work. The Renovation Department has a team specializing in renovation work, called Renovation Pro. Through this system, each department will be in charge of receiving and constructing renovation orders, and we aim to expand our business.
“KEIAI’s Renovation” proposes various renovations and model houses using actual properties.
“KEIAI’s Renovation”, operated by the Renovation Business Department, is based on the concept of “making your familiar home more like you”, and offers renovations that make your current home more “rich, comfortable, and pleasurable”. I would like to make a suggestion. Our renovation product lineup ranges from value packaged products that include areas with high demand for renovation, such as interiors, exteriors, and plumbing areas, to individual renovation products to suit your needs.
We have two stores in Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture and Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and we have also opened model homes in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture in July 2024 and Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture in August of the same year. did. We started our business in April 2020 and are expanding our business with the number of orders increasing by 196% compared to the previous year.
Our department has a specialized team called “Renovation Pro” that handles renovation work. As home renovation requires a wide range of skills, we have members from a wide range of backgrounds, from veteran employees to new graduates and foreign personnel. At “Renovation Pro”, we acquire and provide advanced “multi-skilled workers” skills who can perform multiple construction knowledge, techniques, and duties required for renovation work. This allows us to respond flexibly to the diverse needs of our customers. In addition, “KEIAI’s Renovation” model homes are also constructed by “Renovation Pros,” and they are active in a wide variety of fields.
Our group is focusing on training employee craftsmen, and as we expand our remodeling business, we are also focusing on training
“multi-skilled” craftsmen.
