[Yokohama Citizen Gallery Azamino] Art Forum Azamino 19th anniversary event will be held!

Art Forum Azamino, a complex of Gender Equality Center Yokohama Kita and Yokohama Civic Gallery Azamino, opened on October 29, 2005 in Aoba Ward, Yokohama City. To commemorate the 19th anniversary, on October 26th and 27th, 2024, we will have programs that can be enjoyed by both adults and children. Please enjoy it. *
1. Screening Talk [SHIMURAbros x Mirai Moriyama]
Azamino Contemporary vol.15 “SHIMURAbros
As a related event to “I grabbed the clouds and saw the rainbow,” a screening of SHIMURAbros’ video work and a talk will be held. Screening work “Seeing Is”

A special edition of “Azamino Ferro Marche” will be held for two days on the 26th and 27th. 3. [Azamino Salon] Talk event by Naocola Yamazaki “Mirai’s Tale of Genji” A talk event will be held by up-and-coming literary writers. We will take up each story in “The Tale of Genji” and talk about new ways to read and enjoy the classic that can only be done now, by relating it to contemporary social issues such as “lookism” and “mounting.” Date and time: October 27th (Sun) 13:30-15:30 (doors open 13:10) Location|1st floor lecture room
