Based on the concept of “an experimental zone to enrich the world 100 years from now,” the artist collective “Kitsukitei” is active at the future creation base “100BANCH”, which works to create new value together with the young generation who will lead the future. announced the development of the warm surreal novel game “rurukiki” on September 13th (Friday) and released a trailer video. “Kitatsukitei” is a collective made up of three high school students: Suuki Tan (video artist/illustrator), sz2u (musician), and Atoprunya Pi (programmer). “rurukiki” is their debut work, and is scheduled to be released as a free game on browsers and online gaming platform Steam later this year.

What is “rurukiki”?
“rurukiki” is a novel game that is somewhat surreal and a little cruel. The story revolves around four outcast boys and girls living in a devastated world.
By re-experiencing the same time from the perspective of each of the four players, players can unravel the truth of what happened in the past and the structure of this world.
We aim to create a game experience that matches Suuki Tan’s attractive characters and worldview with sz2u’s foggy music, making it fun just to look at the screen. The game’s surreal and witty dialogue is also a strength, and the conversations between the cute characters add even more color to the game.

What is “Kitsugitei”?
Biting Tei is an artist collective formed in April 2024 by Suuki Tan, who is in charge of illustrations, videos, and scenarios, sz2u, who is in charge of sound design, and Atoprunya Pi, who is in charge of programming. All members are high school students with achievements and long years of experience in their respective fields, and since being selected for 100BANCH, Panasonic’s young innovator support program, they have published magazines, held exhibitions, and collaborated on works between members. We engage in various activities such as production.
