Ice cream invented by Nakatsu Commercial High School will be sold for a limited time at Enakyo SA (downhill)

Central Japan Exis Co., Ltd. Tono/Nanshin Branch (Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, Branch Manager: Takano)
Tomoharu (Tomoharu) is the principal of the Nakatsu Commercial High School Business Department Distribution Course (Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture, Maruyama).
We will start selling ice cream invented by Yutaka’s students at E19 Chuo Expressway (Chuo Expressway) Enakyo Service Area (SA) (outbound). Attend PR image
This ice cream has a three-layer structure, with the center layer being ice cream made with salt koji from Mikasagi Kojiya in Ena City, and the bottom layer being made with substandard cookies from a local manufacturer. You can enjoy the change in feeling. The top layer is a caramel layer that brings out a cool, smooth texture and a bittersweet and fragrant flavor, contributing to reducing food loss.
Additionally, our students will be attending PR on September 16th (Monday/holiday).
The Tono/Nanshin Branch has jurisdiction over the Tono area in Gifu Prefecture and the Nanshin area in Nagano Prefecture, and aims to operate SA/PA with local roots. We support and implement the regional revitalization, industrial promotion, and SDGs activities that our high school is aiming for this time.
We will continue to spread the word about the charms of the Tono area, so please stop by Enakyo SA (downhill).
