The dining and bar “Tenku” in Marunouchi (location: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, general manager: Kenji Momodani) will be offering lunch with a Shine Muscat cheesecake-style parfait on weekdays only from September 19th to November 15th. We will sell the set.

A combination of Shine Muscat, soufflé cheesecake, and cheese cream, which are characterized by their crisp texture, juicy, and elegant sweetness, and layered with refreshing green apple sauce. Raisins pickled in white wine are added to the cheese cream, adding a deep accent to the rich flavor of the cheese.
■ Period: Weekdays from Thursday, September 19, 2024 to Friday, November 15, 2024
■Reservation start date: Reservations will be accepted from 14:00 on Friday, September 13, 2024
■Menu contents: Appetizer & salad buffet / Today’s mini pasta / Shine Muscat cheesecake style parfait / coffee or tea
■Fee: 5,200 yen (tax and service charge included)
■Provision time: Weekdays lunch time 11:30-15:30 (last order 14:00) *Seats can be used for up to 2 hours.
