At SUPERBODY, we not only help you achieve your diet goals through a short-term intensive course, but we also want you to continue exercising afterward. Our philosophy has not changed since our founding, and we are focusing on providing after-work courses to help people continue their exercise routine.
As part of this, we have decided to introduce machine Pilates.

From 2024 to 2025, Fit Crew Co., Ltd. will be working on UNDEUX SUPERBODY. We plan to introduce machine Pilates to all stores. We will continue to provide a variety of fitness services that are close to women’s bodies and minds.

In order to provide better service to our members, we deeply understand the characteristics of machines and exercises, and provide thorough training on each exercise. Furthermore, we are putting effort into designing programs that can provide fundamental solutions to various problems. Also, since “fun” is a very important element in exercise, we provide training to convey the extraordinary fun of machine Pilates.
