[Grand Nikko Awaji] Start accepting reservations for Christmas collection from October 1st (Tuesday)

Minako) will be selling three types of Christmas cakes that will make Christmas a special time, as well as Stollen, which is a popular traditional Christmas sweet. Reservations for Christmas cakes will be accepted at the patisserie & bakery “Copata” from October 1, 2024 (Tuesday). *

The new Buche de Noël is a gorgeous cake based on the traditional French confectionery “Opera” that brings out the beautiful green color and delicate flavor of pistachios.

“Biscuit Joconde Pistache” is made by combining Awaji free-range eggs, flour from Hyogo Prefecture, and pistachio powder, and then flavoring the dough with kirsch, confiture of strawberries from Awaji, and “Crème Au,” which has a fragrant pistachio flavor.・Boule”, made with multiple layers of ganache that combines two types of chocolate and cacao nibs. Decorate the cake with finely crushed pistachios. Furthermore, pistachio chantilly cream and truffles from the “Awaji Island Naru Orange”, a citrus fruit indigenous to Awaji Island called the phantom fruit, are combined to create an elegant look.
You can enjoy the rich harmony of the mellow aroma of pistachios, the subtle sourness of strawberries, the elegant sweetness of ganache, and the bittersweetness of Awaji Island Orange.
