“Exciting Week with NICHIREI FOODS” will be held on the same day for the first time at Kidzania Tokyo, Koshien, and Fukuoka locations Nichirei Foods Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Takenaga) Masahiko) will be exhibiting pavilions as an official sponsor at KidZania Tokyo (Koto Ward, Tokyo), Koshien (Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture), and Fukuoka (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture) from Friday, October 18th. ~Frozen Food Week~ will be held on the same day for the first time. This event is held every year on October 18th, which is Frozen Food Day.
The event will be held at KidZania Fukuoka’s “Food Development Center” pavilion, and on the same day at KidZania Tokyo, Koshien, and Fukuoka three locations.
This is the first time among all the sponsors exhibiting at Kidzania in Japan that this event will be held.

[Background of the event]
Since 2006, our company has been exhibiting the “Food Development Center” pavilion at Kidzania Tokyo as an official sponsor, providing work experience in developing frozen “fried rice” and “pilaf.” Since 2009, we have been offering work experience developing frozen “grilled rice balls” at Kidzania Koshien, and from 2022, we have been offering work experience on sensory evaluation of frozen “Imagawayaki” at Kidzania Fukuoka.
From 2014, we will hold the “Exciting Week with NICHIREI” in mid-October to coincide with “Frozen Food Day” on October 18th. We offer “limited activities” under the name “FOODS” and have been well received every year. In response to popular demand, this year we will be holding the event simultaneously at three locations, including Kidzania Fukuoka, which will be holding it for the first time.
[Event overview]
A limited-time “Let’s Deliver a Lunch to Your Loved Ones” workshop will be held at KidZania Tokyo’s “Frozen Food Development Center” and Kidzania Koshien Fukuoka’s “Food Development Center” pavilions, where you can make bento boxes using original bento boxes. We provide an experience.
In addition, a quiz rally on “frozen foods” will be held for all visitors. We have prepared a wonderful gift for all the visitors who answered all the quiz questions correctly.
