“Easy online exercise program at home” Service launch on September 18, 2024 *FANCL starts health support through “exercise”*
Starting today, September 18, 2024 (Wednesday), FANCL Co., Ltd. will begin offering an “easy-to-use online exercise program at home” to its members.
Since we began selling supplements in 1994, we have supported the health of many customers with “health foods.” This business, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, aims to support the health of even more customers by strengthening the elements of “exercise” and “sleep” in addition to supporting the “diet (nutrition)” aspect of traditional health foods. We will evolve into a company that provides total support for our customers’ health. We have decided to offer this program as one of our “exercise” initiatives.

This program is an online fitness service that allows you to easily take lessons from experienced instructors from the comfort of your home. In addition to “live streaming,” which connects instructors and students online and progresses the program in real time, we also offer “missed streaming” for those who want to exercise in their spare time.
There are two series: the “Basic Series (60 minutes each session),” which allows you to have fun exercising while feeling connected through exercise and communication, and the “Shape Up Series (30 minutes each session)”, which helps you get in shape through short, high-intensity training.
