Companies come together to solve the issue of balancing work and nursing care! “Business Carer” Conference 2024 – Effective action plans developed by 14 companies revealed
*Held online on October 15th, applications are now being accepted! * “Excellent Care Company” is a cross-industry consortium that works to solve the problems of “business carers” who balance work and nursing care.
Club (Excellent Care Company Club, Secretariat: Change Wave Group Co., Ltd.)” will be holding the “Business Carer” Conference 2024 on Tuesday, October 15th.
~Opening of effective action plans devised by 14 companies” (hereinafter referred to as Business Carer Conference 2024) will be held.

This year marks the third year of the club’s activities. We will move forward with the discussion that we built in previous sessions, such as why balancing work and nursing care and support for business carers is necessary now, and how we can make it a familiar topic, and this year we will discuss concrete actions taken by companies. We have deepened our understanding.
Influenced by the implementation of national policies, it is becoming more and more common that all companies need to support the balance between work and nursing care, and that they must continue to do so. However, as we proceeded with the actual support, we became aware of challenges in putting this into practice. This time, the promoters of the 14 participating companies will present hints for effective initiatives that they have discovered through “practice” in the form of “Publishing the effective action plans devised by the 14 companies.”
The event will be held online on October 15th (Tuesday) in order to generate interest not only among member companies but also among many people who are interested in how to balance work and nursing care and support for balancing work and nursing care.
