WORLD will be holding the 6th Reale Cup “Reale Summer League 2024” in Nepal for about 4 weeks from August 19th to September 14th.
We held “U11, U13, U15”. *
Nepal national team captain and goalkeeper Kiran handed over the prize for the Best Goalkeeper Award.
* Individual player registration allows you to enjoy soccer even if you are not on a team*
Although soccer is popular in Nepal, tournaments for children are rarely held. However, children love competitions, and having competitions greatly influences their motivation during practice.
Certified NPO REALE
WORLD (hereinafter referred to as Reale World) holds the Reale Cup in Nepal every year in the hope that children in Nepal, who have few opportunities to play, can enjoy soccer even more by providing them with the opportunity to play. .
This time, we had individuals register as players, providing an opportunity for children who do not belong to a club to experience soccer.
* Aspiring coaches struggle together with children *
The registered players were divided into teams, and each team participated in morning practice on weekdays and league games on Saturdays.
This time, more than 100 people registered, with five U11 and U13 teams each and four U15 teams, with FC Reale top team players coaching each team.
The Reale Cup in Nepal is not only a place for as many children as possible to enjoy soccer, but also a place for FC Reale top team players who aspire to become coaches to put into practice what they have learned at the coaching workshops.
Coaches not only teach children basic soccer skills and soccer rules, but also teach them about the importance of teamwork, how hard work makes a difference, the joy of winning, and the frustration of losing. Working hard together with children to convey the real thrill. It was a valuable learning opportunity for both the children and the top team players who are their coaches.
*Molten’s MY FOOTBALL KIT and nutritional education course taught by Athlete Farm*
In the middle of the league match, on September 6th, we held a workshop as a Reale Cup special event.
Providing various learning opportunities through sports is one of the important objectives of the Reale Cup.

In the first half, coach Bal Gopal, who is the representative of Reale World Nepal and is a professional coach, gave a talk about dietary education.
The story about food that we shared with children and their parents is part of what FC Reale’s coaches and top team players learned from Athlete Farm’s Ryuichi Okada.
We talked about the basics, such as what foods contain carbohydrates and proteins, and when and how they should be eaten, which is very useful in Nepal, where such information is scarce. It’s time. In the second half, the children assembled the MY FOOTBALL KIT developed by Molten Co., Ltd. (head office: Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture).
The challenge was divided into teams of 3 to 4 people, but when the kits were handed out, the children’s eyes began to sparkle, and some teams even jumped in to try it out as soon as possible!
Once the event started, the venue was buzzing with excitement, and everyone seemed to be having fun and working hard.
Some teams are led by a child who takes leadership and move forward, but others are divided in opinion and are in a state of trial and error. Some teams ignore the manual and proceed in a completely different direction, and some teams don’t understand what’s going on halfway through. I think the individuality of each child was brought to light, which was completely different from the usual practice, such as the team trying to completely give up on the coach.
This time, we would like to thank the parents who participated in MY FOOTBALL. We gave KIT a try, but surprisingly, it took the parents more time to assemble it than the children.

The MY FOOTBALL KIT I used this time is from Tortoise Co., Ltd. (KELME JAPAN). / Headquarters: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) was donated to Reale World as part of its CSR activities.
Thanks to you, we were able to give many children in Nepal the joy of making things and using the things they had made themselves. * Children are very excited to see the appearance of Nepali national team captain Kiran *
U11, U13, U15, children who have been playing league games every Saturday in their respective categories.
For four weeks, the children, ranging from those who had been playing soccer for many years to those who were beginners, were divided into teams that were only available for the duration of the tournament and worked on soccer.
At first, the team was disjointed, but as the days went by, we gradually started to see team play. When we won, we were all happy, when we lost, we were all disappointed, when we failed, we were depressed, and even then we practiced again and tried to move on. As they competed in the games, the children became stronger and stronger, and even in a short period of four weeks, each child showed growth. And then came the final day.
Kiran, captain of the Nepali national team and a member of Reale World’s Hero Project, appeared as a presenter, and the children’s motivation skyrocketed! A serious match worthy of a championship match was held.
At the awards ceremony after the match, Kiran and other guests presented trophies and medals to the winners and runners-up, as well as prizes to the MVP, top scorer, and best goalkeeper.
The best goalkeeper award was of course presented by goalkeeper Kiran, and the children received their prizes with a mixture of joy and nervousness on their faces.
The certificate of participation given to everyone is signed by Kiran, the captain of the Nepali national team, and Bal Gopal, the Nepalese women’s U19 coach, which is sure to be a memorable memory for the children.
I am sure that the various experiences at the Reale Cup will give the children hope and the strength to work hard in the future.
* Held at the Reale Ground, which was maintained with support from Japanese club fans *
The 6th edition of the Reale Cup was held, as in previous years, at the Reale Ground in Madhipurthimi, a suburb of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
Reale Ground was built in 2018 with the support of a crowdfunding campaign conducted in Japan in 2017, and was able to construct a fence on vacant land owned by Madipourthimi Municipality.
After 2018, we will continue to maintain it with donations from people in Japan. It serves not only as an activity ground for FC Reale, but also as a playground for local children.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the support of many people in Japan who made it possible to hold the 6th Reale Cup in Nepal.
We would like to continue holding the Reale Cup in Nepal in order to provide hope and a place for learning for the children of Nepal, so we appreciate your continued support.
