“2024 SDGs QUEST Mirai Koshien” Chiba Prefecture Tournament Entries now open! *Entry period: September 20th (Friday) – December 20th (Friday)* *SDGs QUEST Mirai Koshien, an SDGs action idea contest for high school students co-sponsored by BayFM Co., Ltd.

Last year, a total of 7,255 high school students and over 1,700 teams took on the challenge at 19 regional competitions across the country, presenting a wide variety of ideas ranging from local issues to global issues.This was the first time the competition was held in Chiba Prefecture. *

In 2024, with the support of the United Nations Information Center, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, as well as many local governments and boards of education, the Akita Prefecture Tournament, Koshinetsu Area Tournament (Yamanashi Prefecture, Nagano Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture), and San’in Area Tournament will be held. It will be held in 23 areas and 40
prefectures nationwide, including (Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture), Yamaguchi Prefecture Tournament, and Miyazaki Prefecture Tournament. Entries for the Chiba Prefecture Tournament will be accepted until December 20th (Friday), and the first round of screening will be held. After determining the 12 finalist teams, a final screening will be held, and a final ceremony will be held at Sogo Chiba store on March 20, 2025 (Thursday, holiday). *
