The main character is a college student who helps out at his family’s shop-of-all-trades business. He feels guilty that he survived when his brother died in an accident, and he meets a girl related to his brother, and the story begins to move from there. A painful yet endearing, painful and irreplaceable love story woven together by five heroines. What is Memories Off? The first work “Memories Off” (abbreviation: Memo Off) was released on September 30, 1999, with the theme of “Irreplaceable Feelings”. Since then, eight numbered titles and fan discs have been released, and numerous applications have been ported to successive game consoles, PCs, and smartphones. In addition, it is very popular in Asia, and we are actively localizing it into simplified and traditional Chinese versions. The story is a “sweet and heartbreaking love story” set in areas with motifs of Shonan and Kamakura, and the series is characterized by a “painful and serious development” that will make your heart tighten. Each numbered title is a new story with new characters, so you can enjoy it as an independent story no matter which title you start with. The 8th work “Memories Off -Innocent Fille-” released in 2018 was the culmination, and with the release of the fan disc the following year, the series was completed once every 20 years. Then, as a successor to the same concept, “Since Memories: Under the Stars”, which did away with numbering, presented new possibilities and continued to weave the story. Now, as we approach the big milestone of the 25th anniversary, which is a quarter of a century ago, we have decided to release “Memories Off Soso ~Not always true~” as a completely new work that is positioned differently from the culmination, bearing the name of the series once again.
