Cancer Scan Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Jun Fukuyoshi, hereinafter referred to as “Cancer Scan”) and Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company (President and Executive Officer: Eiki Nagashima, hereinafter referred to as “Meiji Yasuda”) are working to encourage local residents to receive cancer screenings conducted by local governments. We will start an activity to inform everyone in Nankoku City, Kochi Prefecture. ■Background In 2020, Nankoku City and Meiji Yasuda concluded a “Cooperation Agreement on Health Promotion” and have been holding events that will improve the health of citizens. In this initiative, among the National Health Insurance members who are eligible for colorectal cancer screening in Nangoku City in fiscal 2024, excluding those who have already undergone the examination, those who will be examined will receive a special test supervised by CancerScan. By combining the mailing of notifications with Meiji Yasuda’s “Web questionnaire and campaign for better cancer
