People with illnesses or disabilities who require medical care or assistance, such as unstable medical conditions, difficulty going out or acting, or communication difficulties, are able to enjoy learning, experience, work, and leisure. Opportunities and choices tend to be limited. The Kuroda Smile Eco Welfare Fund was established with the hope that people with illnesses or disabilities can explore the possibilities of what they want to do and have more freedom in their dreams.
