We aim to provide the highest quality and delicious yellowtail for cooks. Japan’s first natural yellowtail “freshness preservation aquarium facility” Yellowtail caught in fixed net fishing off the coast of Shiranuka from early September to November are kept in aquariums for several days. The stress on the fish body is reduced by applying the “Low Activity Technology (TM)” provided by Reverser Co., Ltd. to reduce the activity of yellowtail.
