“Entrepreneurship STEP UP Festa 2024” on Saturday, December 7th for those who wish to start a business. Work styles are becoming more diverse, and an increasing number of people are taking on the challenge of starting their own businesses or taking on side jobs. With the spread of remote work and freelancing, there is a need for flexible career development, and there is a growing trend to emphasize self-actualization and work-life balance (*). Against this backdrop, an increasing number of people are interested in starting a business or changing their careers. Therefore, we will be holding a start-up event to support people who want to take on a new challenge while continuing their career as an office worker. At the event, through the experiences of senior entrepreneurs, participants will find new career possibilities that leverage their strengths, and provide support for taking the first step towards starting a business or starting a side business. qualifications including wine sommelier, barista L1, and JUIDA unmanned aircraft operator. Currently living in Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, he is participating in the Kansai Visual Production Association as a member.
