Online childcare/lesson “NannyME” (operated by Nanairo Co., Ltd., CEO: Ayaka Sasaki) has Chie Saito, owner of the gomoku yakisoba and gyoza specialty store “Hounan”, as a nanny (lecturer) and “gyoza teacher”.・I welcomed her as “Chie-chan”. ■About NannyME This is a child care system that connects families who want to watch their children for a while with nannies who have the skills to watch over their children online. Currently, we are expanding the range of our services and are also offering online lessons for elementary school students, university students, and working adults. “Hounan” was founded in 1989 as “Chinese Restaurant Hounan” in Nankodai, Izumi Ward, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, and has been in business for 18 years. In 2007, it moved to Ichibancho, Aoba Ward, in the same city as “Chinese Chinoiserie Keiki,” and in 2019 moved to Kokubuncho, where it continued to operate. Then, in January 2024, it reopened as Hounan, a gomoku yakisoba and gyoza specialty store in Yokamachi, Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture. The restaurant is so popular that it fills up at noon, and people are ordering takeout one after another. All of the gyoza that Chie-chan makes are hand-wrapped. The chives and minced meat are kneaded using a special method while preserving the crunchiness of the cabbage chopped with a knife. Currently, through making gyoza, I am conveying the importance of communication with couples, parents and children, friends, and partners. In NannyME’s lessons, you can not only learn how to make delicious gyoza, but also provide an experience of making gyoza while having fun with parents and children, couples, and couples.
