The hamburger restaurant “Bikkuri Donkey” operated by Aleph Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido, President and CEO: Dai Shoji) will be selling the “Gulliver” menu for a limited time from October 16th (Wednesday). Surprise Donkey’s annual “Gulliver” fair will be held for the 8th time this year. This year, in addition to the standard hamburgers, salads, and strawberry milk with a crunchy texture, there will also be a new curry burger dish and gateau chocolate parfait made into Gulliver. We offer a wide range of menus, from hamburgers to dessert menus, that you can enjoy deliciously from start to finish. Please enjoy the Gulliver-style items that you can only experience now to liven up your autumn appetite. ■Gulliver Berg Gulliver Burger is a 400g juicy hamburger that fills most of the plate.Gulliver Burger Dish, which includes Gulliver Burger, rice, and salad on one plate, and Gulliver Burger Steak, which is served on a griddle with garnishes. We will develop two types. ■Gulliver curry burger dish This year’s new “Gulliver Curry Burg Dish” has double the amount of curry sauce on top of the Gulliver Burger, making it very impressive. Along with rice and salad, it is a luxurious dish that allows you to enjoy curry to the very end. ■A la carte menu “Gulliver French Fries”, which is twice the size of the most popular surprise fries on the side menu, L size, and “Gulliver Spicy Potatoes”, which are made with an original blend of spices for a bit of excitement. Furthermore, the “Gulliver Salad”, which can only be eaten now, is made with 10 types of vegetables and is served in a giant 25cm tall glass where you can enjoy the new texture of crispy noodles. The two layers of original dressing and mayonnaise-style dressing permeate the entire dish, and the sour and sweet taste of the pickled purple cabbage accents the dish. ■Dessert menu On the dessert menu, the regular gateau chocolate parfait has been upgraded to include a 30cm-tall “Surprise Chocolate Parfait” with a luxurious addition of chiffon, salted caramel cream, fiantine cocoa, and chocolate mousse. ■Drink menu On the drink menu, we offer the “Bikkuri Strawberry Milk,” which is made from strawberry milk with a crunchy texture and topped with Hokkaido soft serve ice cream, served in a giant 25cm tall glass. ■Product overview
