(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takateru Kono, hereinafter referred to as TKP) will acquire a hotel in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture on October 31, 2024, and will acquire a hotel in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture on October 31, 2024. We have entered into a franchise agreement with APA Hotel (hereinafter referred to as APA Hotel), and the facility will open on January 20, 2025 as APA Hotel (Shonan Tsujido Ekimae).

 After the acquisition, APA Hotel Shonan Tsujido Ekimae will undergo renovation work to rebrand all guest rooms and be reborn as a hotel with a total of 111 rooms, consisting of single, double, and twin rooms. There will be a beauty salon on the first floor, and a restaurant on the second floor that can be used for meetings, social gatherings, and breakfast. It is located in front of the station, a 3-minute walk from Tsujido Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line, and is located in the Shonan area, which is a tourist city and has convenient access to the city center.There are also corporate offices and factories in the surrounding area. It can be used by a wide range of customers, including business, leisure, and inbound tourists.  TKP is accelerating the opening of new facilities in order to further expand its hotel and lodging training business, which has grown into its second pillar. We are aiming for this. Kanagawa Prefecture is one of the areas that TKP is focusing on as a hotel opening strategy, and currently operates four buildings, but in order to further strengthen the hotel and lodging training business, it is also an area that is easily accessible from the city center and is also a tourist destination. We will open a store in the Shonan area, where demand is high. With the opening of this hotel, the number of lodging facilities operated by TKP will be 30 buildings (29
facilities) and 3,903 rooms nationwide, including facilities that have not yet opened, of which TKP’s APA hotel franchise business will have a total of 16 buildings and 3,005 rooms.  TKP has realized hybridization by combining conferences and lodging, and is developing hotel management through APA hotel franchise method, as well as collaborating in various ways such as operating banquet halls within APA hotels.
