Lecturer: Sayaka Kiyono Joined RNT Hotels Co., Ltd. in 2002 and began his career as a staff member at Richmond Hotel Tokyo Musashino. He was appointed as a manager in his seventh year with the company, and since then he has been responsible for operations and human resource development at multiple hotels as general manager and Kanto region general manager. Mr. Seino, who continues to achieve the highest sales in the country and maintains high customer ratings, will provide practical advice and customer service skills based on customer psychology. Hotel beginner training “Hotel Beginner Training” is an introductory course for new employees and those who want to learn basic skills in the hotel industry. The training content aims to acquire the knowledge necessary to provide high-quality service by learning customer service skills and important attitudes that are the basis of hotel operations.
