Development Award (IPA Special Award)” as a new special award to the “Digital Human Resources Development Award”. Information-technology Promotion Agency, Independent Administrative Agency (hereinafter referred to as IPA) was established with the cooperation of IPA. This special award is in line with IPA’s “Digital Human Resource
Development” policy (https://www.ipa.go.jp/jinzai/index.html), which particularly contributes to improving the digital technology skills of individuals and organizations. The purpose of this award is to award these initiatives together with the Digital Human Resources
Development Award and to disseminate them throughout society. In line with the establishment of this special award, applications for the 2nd Digital Human Resources Development Award will be extended until December 13, 2024 (Friday), and the schedule will be changed to announce the results in late January 2025. The selection results are scheduled to be announced in late January 2025. In 2023, we established Japan’s first “Digital Human Resources Development Award” in order to further promote digital human resource development initiatives and widely communicate the results to society.
