Delivery service demonstration will be conducted from November 15th to November 21st, 2024. In this demonstration, all residences in Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town (hereinafter referred to as “Fujisawa SST”) will receive the Yoshinoya Shonan Shindo Tsujido store’s menu items ordered through the Demae-can app using Panasonic HD’s automated transport robot “Hakobo.” Delivered using As lifestyles undergo major changes following the coronavirus pandemic, the use of takeout and delivery services is expanding in the restaurant industry. Panasonic HD is working to commercialize services that utilize automated transport robots to address the labor shortage caused by the declining birthrate and aging population, and has been implementing product delivery services in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
