The urban festival “RHYTHM AND RIDE” will be held for the first time on Saturday, September 6th and Sunday, September 7th, 2025, at Todoroki Ryokuchi Park. The festival will feature live music by artists, a dance showcase by professional dancers, a traditional and pop Bon Odori dance that is popular with local residents, and a number of local food trucks.
