style=”font-size:16px;line-height:28px;padding:0;word-break:break-all;”> In addition to conducting research on the topic, from April 30 to May 2, 2025, we will be providing anime, manga, and other content to foreign visitors to the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Kansai (hereinafter referred to as the Osaka-Kansai Expo) site.
style=”font-size:16px;line-height:28px;padding:0;word-break:break-all;”> We held the “Anime & Manga Tour Rhythm Festival” as a showcase (demonstration research) to promote experiences of traditional culture and other things. We are utilizing this information to convey the charms of Japan’s regions and encourage people to visit the regions, as well as to learn about Japanese food, food culture, and local areas. Therefore, based on the results of the behavioral and attitude survey of foreigners interested in anime and manga that we have been working on since fiscal year 2023, and the results of our
participation in the “Anime and Manga Tourism Festival,” we have decided to announce the following: Participants will exchange opinions on identifying and resolving issues in anime tourism, and hold a real-life report session with the aim of sharing the current state of anime tourism and leading to problem-solving.
