Makita Sports Walks Through Hidden Famous Bars in “Robinson Tavern Drifting” Makita Sports gets drunk and goes on a wanderlust-filled journey in search of “Robinson Bar,” a bar that appears in a mysterious location far from any train station, making you wonder, “Why is it in a place like this!?” This gourmet documentary follows him on a quest. The setting for the 10 PM broadcast on Saturday, August 30th, is Kita-Toda Station on the JR Saikyo Line. From there, Makita Sports heads to Otokoshaku, about a 22-minute walk from the station. This restaurant is a whopping 30.2 m2! Though compact, it features counter seating and tatami seating. After 22 minutes of walking in the scorching sun, Makita Sports was thirsty and decided to quench his thirst with a draft beer. The first dish was a sashimi platter paired with sake. The moderate amount of fat was irresistible. Apparently, some customers discovered the deliciousness of the fish at the seafood bowl lunch and have started returning in the evenings. This restaurant prides itself on its fish, and the tuna, which Makita Sports praises as being of “incredible quality,” is a must-try. The fish isn’t the only thing delicious at this restaurant. The “Jumbo Pork Belly with Negima Yaki,” made by the chef, who has experience as a yakiniku chef, is also exquisite.
