(Representative Director: Tomohiko Sugiyama; hereinafter referred to as “Sonic System”) in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, on August 29, 2025, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Sonic System is a company that sells musical instruments and provides sound and lighting for events. It operates the “Sonics” store in Hamamatsu City, and its group company also operates the live music venue “Hamamatsu FORCE.” The company has developed a community-based business and supported the local music scene. Meanwhile, President Sugiyama was facing the issue of “no successor available,” making business succession an urgent matter. The lack of successors is a major social issue affecting all small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan, and as a business owner, we decided to take over Sonic System in order to address this issue.
