Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Seinan Gakuin University. Served as a Fukuoka Goodwill Ambassador while attending university. Joined Nippon Television Broadcasting in 2015. From September of the same year, she began appearing on the morning information program “ZIP!”, and in 2018 she became the MC for “Baguette.” She retired from Nippon Television Broadcasting in 2024 and is currently working as a freelance announcer. She also serves as a “Hometown PR Ambassador” for her hometown of Wakamiya City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
