We’re releasing three types of accordion message boards: 77th, 88th, and 100th birthdays. They can be folded up small and unfolded for viewing. The main text features a gold leaf design of pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms, with
“Congratulations” written in the center, and everyone can write messages in the surrounding space to celebrate.

congratulations on one piece of paper. That’s because the older you get, the more relatives you have, and the more messages you need to write! I wish I had a large colored paper, but it would be even more convenient if I could fold it… So, SOWALABO thought! Maybe a message board made of accordion paper would be convenient?

By 2025, the population of people over 100 years old is expected to exceed 90,000. It’s a heartwarming feeling to see family, relatives, and friends express their gratitude on a single colored paper (accordion-style sign) on Respect for the Aged Day. It may be important to convey congratulations in handwritten form. I hope that Japan will be filled with grandparents who secretly open the card and look back on it with a smile. (Bow) SOWALABO
