Press Release: September 7, 2025 18 STU48 4th Generation Trainees’ First Talk Event: Unique Self-Promotions: “Please Love Us Even More” STU48, which is based in the seven Setouchi prefectures, held the “STU48 4th Generation Trainee First Talk Event” today, Sunday, September 7th, at Shunan RISING HALL in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

opportunity to showcase their special talents and promote themselves. In the first part, Haruna Ishimatsu, the first performer, performed a Y-balance while reciting Jugemu, creating a huge stir in the audience. Kureian Inoue, who has been playing the flute since the fourth grade of elementary school, and Sayaka Shimada, who completed a portrait in one minute, showed off their diverse personalities.

Top performer Yuina Yokoi had the audience in stitches with the “eat a lemon with a straight face” routine she performed during her audition. Nanako Tanaka showed off her smug face after successfully performing a handstand. Yuna Yagi completed one side of a Rubik’s Cube in 22 seconds. A wide variety of promotional displays were on display.

However, Beethoven’s skillful hosting kept the venue filled with a warm atmosphere and brought out the individuality of each member. In their comments after the event, Ai Sakazaki said, “Beethoven really made it fun and I was moved,” and Runa Michibo expressed her gratitude, saying, “I was really happy that he helped me out after my self-promotion was lackluster.” Miyoshi Maki smiled and said, “My impersonation repertoire has expanded. I was so nervous my face was hot, but I’m glad I was able to do it well.” Throughout both parts, the members showed off their individuality to the fullest, and at the end they even held a high-five farewell party.
