“MONOTARINAI” (pronounced: Monotarinai), the first movie theme song by Nekobe no Navy Saison, began streaming today, and the music video has been released. “MONOTARINAI,” released early from the band’s third mini-album “ICE GLEAM” (pronounced “ICE GREAM”), released on October 1st, was written specifically for the film “Bakkon!”, which depicts the bonds and rebirth of people who devote themselves to the Danjiri Festival in Kishiwada, Osaka. This memorable song is Nekobe no Navy Saison’s first film theme song. The music video was created by video artist Shinsetsu Tamada (hitotsu.) and was shot in Kishiwada City, the setting of the film, resulting in a visual that beautifully blends the worlds of “Nekobe no Navy Saison” and the film “Bakkon!”. The video is refreshing, unlike any previous “Nekobe no Navy Saison” videos, and features a light, rhythmic neon rock sound. In addition, the film “Bakkon!” is currently being screened at United Cinema Kishiwada starting today. A stage greeting was held today, the first day of its release, with vocalist/guitarist Naoya Inoue and bassist/chorusist Tomoki Oka also taking the stage.
